`Les Volets Bleu` has its own washing machine and any other items and assistance can be obtained from the owners.

Olonzac ..........

Olonzac is at the centre of the biggest wine producing area in France. Surrounded by vineyards and other small villages,
it offers beautiful scenery and many places to explore and walk.

Close by is the Lac du Jourres, with its safe and clean beach
and bathing area. The lake also offers sailing, wind surfing and fishing.

The Canal du Midi passes very close to Olonzac and offers the visitor canal side walking and a host of exciting restaurants and bars.
Small boats can be hired to enjoy on those lazy summer days.

Olonzac offers much more than most French villages, with its cafes, restaurants and a wide selection of shops, including a small supermarket for all your everyday needs.

The village has several hairdressers and estate agents and of course both doctors and dentists, should you
be unlucky enough to need such services while on holiday!

Olonzac is very well suited as a base for house hunting and the gite owners would be delighted to offer any
help and advise to those seeking to purchase property in the area.

House hunters who require longer lets are invited to contact us for special rates at any time of the year.

Car hire is available in the nearby town of Lezignan and free transfers from and to Carcassonne airport are offered to all guests.

Transfers from other airports are available at very modest rates.
